No. Every plan is a one-off payment. Nothing renews, nothing is charged again later, and there is no account to cancel.
No. Once you have paid for a report it stays available to you. Multi-report plans let you run the remaining reports whenever you need them.
If you are checking one car before buying it, Basic or Premium is usually enough. If you are a dealer or you look at several cars a month, Gold or Platinum works out cheaper per report.
Payment is handled by Stripe. You can use a debit card, credit card or any other method Stripe supports. Card details never touch our servers.
Some VINs simply have very little on record. If that happens, contact us within 24 hours of your purchase and we will sort it out. The full terms are in our Refund & Returns Policy.
